Prof. Dr. Mandira Shahi, former Executive Director of National Centre for Health Professions Education (NCHPE), Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj, is a Professor of Nursing and Medical  Educationist.  Since 17^th February, 1998 to 11^th May 2020, she worked in Medical Education Department (MED), TU, IOM which was officially upgraded to NCHPE in 2009. She did Master in Health Professions Education (MHPE) from Maastricht University, Netherlands in 2001 and M. Phil in Education from The Global Open University Nagaland, India on 2010. She earned PhD degree in Education from Singhania University, Rajasthan, India on 25 January 2021.
